Collections are produced in limited runs and may or may not be restocked once fully reserved.

All designs are created in our South Carolina studio and produced in partnership with a carefully chosen, trusted manufacturer overseas.

In-stock orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Pre-order timelines are noted at purchase.

We stand behind the care that goes into every piece, and all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with photos within five days of delivery.

We inspect every set carefully before shipment, but despite our best efforts at quality control, a tile may occasionally slip through that doesn’t meet our standards. If something doesn’t look right, please email a clear photo to hello@stclaremahjong.com as soon as possible. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement tile when appropriate.
