Yes. Tracking details are sent as soon as your order ships.

We stand behind the care that goes into every piece, and all sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us with photos within five days of delivery.
We inspect every set carefully before shipment, but despite our best efforts at quality control, a tile may occasionally slip through that doesn’t meet our standards. If something doesn’t look right, please email a clear photo to hello@stclaremahjong.com as soon as possible. Once reviewed, we will gladly send a replacement tile when appropriate.
